This page provides high level overview of the different pages within the Sola dashboard
Any workflows you have imported will be listed on this page. You may also import workflows after recording by clicking on the blue button + IMPORT WORKFLOW in the upper right-hand corner.
View a record of all workflow runs (“executions”) and their status (e.g., queued, running, success, failed). You can also search for specific executions based on various filters (e.g., name, owner, status) and click into any execution to view more detailed information.
Configure how much processing capacity each workflow is allowed to consume by setting a limit on the number of virtual machines that can execute it concurrently. This helps balance resource distribution across workflows and allows you to prioritize workflows within the execution queue, which processes tasks in chronological order by default unless capacity is constrained by other workflows.
The Sola platform provides both company-level and workflow-level insights, giving automation administrators and executive stakeholders clear visibility into automation performance.
The Insights Portal contains aggregated data views to help your team:
The Members tab lists all users/accounts associated with a specific organization and their assigned roles. Based on their role, users have varying levels of permissions that determine which actions they can perform on the platform.
Here, you can find out the integrations available on Sola. Sola offers a set of common integrations (e.g., email, Salesforce, etc.) that can make it easier to move data into and out of your workflows. Please note that integrations are only available on certain plans.
Store variables (e.g., credentials) that are used across multiple workflows. Updating a shared variable automatically updates its value in all workflows where it gets referenced.
Create and manage secret API Keys for secure workflow executions. Each account can have up to 5 API keys at a time, each with its own set of scopes (refer to the APIs page for more details).
